Extremely pleased with AC Systems. My heat went out. Called these guys and they were there in about an hour or so. Diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. That was 5:00 Wednesday afternoon. Parts house was already closed. We're back at 9:00 next morning. Josh worked on the system for 2 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Only cost about half of what I expected it to be. I implore you to call these guys if you have any HVAC issues.

By chance, we ran into Ben and Michelle over the weekend. I mentioned to Ben that I'd feel better if he'd take a look at our gas pack heating unit. It would run for a while, then shut down. He arrived promptly on Monday morning. I had done some internet research and was a little worried the repair might be a large bill. Ben was able to clean the existing parts and stayed to make sure it ran well. He called me and explained what he found. It was 22 degrees that night, so we were very pleased to be fixed and up and running in a short time. He called again the next day, making sure we were 100% satisfied. I will certainly call Rise Heat & Air for future service.

I'm very pleased with the service that A PLUS Comfort has provided. They identified problems with my HVAC that were caused by improper installation by another company. After correcting the problems, my HVAC is running noticeably better than when it was newly installed. A PLUS also installed a mini split system that keeps the bedrooms cool at night, and reduces the power bill since I don't need to run the whole house HVAC all the time.

Our technician Bryan was excellent at maintaining a professional profile at our resident. He fully explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and he was polite and courteous to everyone. He was easy to talk to and did his work timely and would also knock or called our names to talk while he was in the garage while we were in the house. He is such a great technician and we would recommend him to our friends and family for work.
Brian came out on a Saturday to fix a leaky toilet. We called around lunch and he arrived about two hours later. He left the toilet in much better shape than the original installer and we are confident there will be no further issues. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars is that they are a little pricey compared to other plumbing services, but for us it is worth it as they are always on time and we are always confident in their service.
